When you contact us, request an interactive demo or sign up for a service, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, shop name, location, business type, staff details and the content of your enquiry. The information requested depends on the service you use.

The WhatsApp walkthrough link prepares a message with your selected topic and preferred language. You review and send it in WhatsApp. Opening a draft is not a confirmed booking.

Snap and cloud data

Snap stores shop records on the Windows computer where it is installed. Licence activation and online services exchange information with our servers, including licence and device identifiers and the registration details you provide. Local storage does not mean that activation is entirely offline.

Cloud editions process shop records through the online service. Access depends on the accounts and permissions configured for your business. Keep access credentials and exported backups protected.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange demos, provision services, activate licences and provide support. Share only the information needed for your request; do not send customer identity documents or a complete shop database in an initial enquiry.

Website measurement and external services

Where enabled, this website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and actions such as opening a pricing page, selecting a download or following a WhatsApp link. These actions indicate interest; they do not confirm an installation, purchase or message sent.

Links to WhatsApp and other external websites are handled by those services and their privacy policies. Information you choose to submit there may be processed outside this website.
