iShopMaster is a multi-tenant, cloud ERP and point-of-sale platform for retail, repair and service businesses. Multi-tenant by design

Each business operates as an isolated tenant with its own data. Tenants are provisioned through a guided onboarding flow and configured with their own country, currency, locale and timezone.

Tenant isolation: Every business runs in its own isolated data store — no shared tables between businesses.
Per-tenant configuration: Country, currency, language, timezone and tax regime are configured per business.
Plans & entitlements: Capabilities and limits (branches, seats, items, API access) are governed by subscription plans.

Multi-branch operations

A business can run as a single shop or a multi-branch chain with an HQ. Stock, sales and repairs are scoped per branch, while catalog and configuration are shared across the business.

Branch scoping: Inventory and transactions belong to a branch; users see data according to their assigned scope.
HQ oversight: Head-office roles get cross-branch visibility and can delegate limits to individual branches.
Inter-branch transfers: Stock moves between branches through a dispatch → in-transit → receive lifecycle.
